Terms of use

A private tool
Ward Desk is a private administrative tool for the bishopric of the River Heights Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is not a public service. It is not an official product of the Church, and it does not speak for the Church.
Access is by invitation
There is no way to sign up. Access is granted individually, by name, to people serving in a calling that needs it, and it is not transferable. Signing in with an account that has not been invited gives no access.
Access can be withdrawn at any time
Access may be removed at any time and without notice — most often simply because someone has been released from the calling that required it. Removing access takes effect immediately.
Using it properly
If you have been given access, you agree to:
- Use it only for ward administration, and only for the calling you were given access for.
- Treat what you see as confidential. Do not copy, export, photograph or forward member information to anyone who has not been given access.
- Keep your own sign-in secure, and not let anyone else use it.
- Tell the bishopric promptly if you think information has been seen by someone who should not have seen it.
No guarantees
Ward Desk is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, it may contain mistakes, and it may be changed or withdrawn entirely at any time. It is a convenience for the bishopric, not a system of record. The official record of the ward is kept by the Church, not here.
Privacy
How Ward Desk handles member information is described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
